We normally ship on Tuesdays by FedEx Express or Home Delivery. Shipping rates are determined by FedEx zones or FREE for orders over $250.00. Our aim is to ship your order as soon as possible however there may be a delay especially with COVID-19 or holidays. Each package includes a recyclable corrugated box , sustainable and eco-friendly insulating liner and cooling materials to maintain the appropriate temperature for your products.
